CodeBakery

Privacy

This website collects nothing. Each product has its own policy, linked below.

This website

There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no cookie set by this site. Consequently there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Nothing you do here is recorded by CodeBakery, and no profile is built. The site is a set of static pages; there is no account, no login and no form that submits anything.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, hosted in the West Europe region (Netherlands). Like any web host, it processes technical connection data — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent — in order to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. This is the legitimate-interest basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Microsoft acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the terms of the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum. CodeBakery does not receive, read or store those logs, and has no analytics or logging of its own on this site.

Fonts

Typefaces are served from this site's own domain, not from a third-party font service, so no request leaves for another provider when a page loads.

If you write to us

When you email hello ⟨at⟩ codebakery ⟨dot⟩ net, your message and address are processed to answer you, and kept only as long as needed for that — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and may object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

The controller is Nicolas Mehlei; full details are on the imprint.

Product privacy policies

Each product states separately what it stores, because each one differs. These are the URLs the app store listings cite.

No published policy yet: BragDog, MobileDeviceHost. Each needs one before it ships to a store.
